- Water service is only required for the Melrose, Bloody Point, and Haig Point neighborhoods. Those in the Historic District are on wells.
- Electricity is provided by Dominion Energy.
- Outages may be reported via the web site.
- An outage map is also available.
- Wired internet service and phone service is provided by Hargray. Sattelite options such as Starlink or Hughes Net. Some also elect to use mobile internet service.
- Propane is provided by Palmetto Propane.
