Mail and Delivery Services

USPS

USPS is available island wide. The process of establishing a mail box will depend on your neighborhood.

• Historic District -
• Melrose - Contact the adminstrator of the Melrose POA to establish service. The letter carrier will also need to be informed of your assigned mailbox.
• Bloody Point
• Haig Point

UPS

UPS was available island wide, however as of June 5th, 2025 service is halted and it is not currently clear when or if delivery service will resume. Please be aware that bulky items over 80 lbs will be sent back. Large items should be sent on one of the barges that service the island.

Fedex

Fedex is also available, however direct to your door delivery is not available in all areas. Fedex only provides direct service to those in Haig Point.

Packages via Daufuskie Transport/Mungeon Creek Retreat

Daufuskie Island Transport will start delivering packages to the island starting June 16th, 2025. Deliveries will be one or two days a week (Mondays and Thursdays). All packages will be secured with Mungeon Creek Retreat for island residents to pick up. Sign up with Brooke Mackey, D’fuskies, Daufuskie island Distillery, or Driftwood Diner.
